I just received what looks like a perfectly respectable question from an
ebay member. I THINK it was about an item I had just not sold on ebay.

When I hit "respond now', I was directed to a URL
http://www.sing-ldll23.go.ro/sin-indll-up-date.182yorInfo.128773 which of
course doesnt come up. (nor does it SEEM to contain any malicious script in
not coming up)

Does anyone know what this means?

Why do I get the feeling that you entered all of your personal

Apparently pressing on the Romanian URL does do somthing and E-Bay is
worried about it because they just sent me a message telling me that
something is up and to change my password immediately

No. That's the phisher telling you to do that.

It asks you to enter it there, right?

That eBay is outsourcing its e-mail to Romania?
